"Leadership is about making others better as a result of your presence, and making sure that impact lasts in your absence."

-Sheryl Sandberg

Welcome to the Central California Chapter of the Women Leaders in Law Enforcement Foundation!

Who are we?

The Women Leaders in Law Enforcement (WLLE) Foundation is a statewide organization dedicated to advancing and empowering women in law enforcement, fostering their professional growth, cultivating leadership development, and supporting overall well-being. Membership in the foundation is a unique opportunity open to all law enforcement personnel, both sworn and professional staff.

Inspired by the sense of camaraderie, educational opportunities, and support offered to all levels during the annual  WLLE Conference, members from several Central Valley law enforcement agencies came together to develop the Central California Chapter under the WLLE Foundation, which covers the Fresno, Madera, Tulare, and Kings counties.

Our mission is to provide law enforcement members, both sworn and professional staff, with the opportunity to network, develop leadership skills through mentorship and training opportunities, and provide support within the community. We look forward to inspiring and guiding the future of law enforcement and the members of the Central California Chapter of the WLLE foundation.
